The Kwara Central senatorial district has no doubt lost its pride of place by the attitude of the undistinguished senator-elect whose means of livelihood still remains a mystery.

Going by the quality of senators produced from Kwara Central since independence, apart from being bereft of basic academic qualifications, Salihu Mustapha is a man of questionable character not worthy of representing the good people of Kwara Central where intelligence, integrity and morality are the basic impetus the occupant of such office should possess.

One would wonder why and how Kwara Central that produced the likes of Senators Dr Olusola Saraki, Salman Adebayo, Gbemisola Saraki, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki, who represented Kwara Central to become the Senate President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Dr Oloriegbe, suddenly compromised the set standard and consequently brought the office to disrepute.

There's no gainsaying Kwara Central will lose quality representation in the next 4 years as an arrogant and unequipped Salihu Mustapha would rather continue to run errands for his colleagues than give Kwara Central quality representation.

This is completely a bias write-up. The writer described the out going senator Oloriegbe as "performing Senator" which basically indicates that he's no doubt a supporter of Oloriegbe. Fortunately I reside in Kwara, Ilorin South to be precised where the senator represents. All I know is that Oloriegbe is not in any way better than Saliu Mustapha. Oloriegbe's constituency projects centered around cortage hospitals where he would buys 2.5 kvA generators and some outdated medical equipment worth less than a million naira and invites the press and the whole constituency for propaganda and tell them he has spent billions of naira on the so called constituency projects.

Mustafa is far more better than Oloriegbe that was dere this last 4yrs.....




Oloriegbe that couldn't give the people around his hospital access to ordinary tap Water na him u dey call performing no matter how rich you're if people in your community couldn't benefits from u den you ain't worthy to be elected to any post...
