stop disgracing yourself Mr Man, that text is 💯 genuine ,so stop discouraging them.
You have done your screening, why not allow them who got the text to go and do theirs.
Should Incase you don't know, those that got the text has upper hand than you whose name appear on that so called list!
the so called text redirected the recipient's to the official website for more information, and there is nothing regarding that on their website.

Some person's received a text for them to come for screening when they have already been screened... lol

You're the one disgracing your lineage bro, only time will tell.

Brother you maybe right and you maybe wrong.
But the best thing for them to do is to go on the date stipulated in the SMS to confirm personally for themselves because this Nigeria nothing is impossible
Note good percentage of people that'll be call for camping will not even went through all this screening of a thing.

Good morning friends, pls I need your candid advice.

I am a graduate of elect/elect engineering, graduated 2021 and completed my nysc august last year. Upon my nysc completion last year, I couldn't get a job till now so I settled to manage as a class teacher and my salary is 40k per month. Ever since then I have been trying to apply for any vacancy available either government or non government organization, so I applied for ndlea I was shortlisted for the cbt exam, I wrote the exam but wasn't shortlisted for the next stage, I also applied for frsc, I wasn't shortlisted at all, I applied for ncdc (civil defense) though I saw it clearly the minimum requirement is SSCE I just have to try it because I cannot withstand the pressure of unemployment, I was shortlisted for cbt exam , I wrote the exam on may 18. Now the list for physical screening is out , I am shortlisted again, my worry now is that SHOULD I ACCEPT THIS CIVIL DEFENSE JOB OFFER as a graduate or not ?? Pls advice me
I will clock 30yrs by September and I don't really like the teaching job I am doing currently but I do not have alternative..also how much is there salary, does the work worth it ?...and also what are the benefits of the work, can I further my studies when it is time ?......

I am sorry for the long epistle, I am some how curious and contemplating....thanks.

Please go for the screening and accept the job,you can later further your education, look for another deserving job elsewhere and resign later.
Is your current job federal or state? If it’s private teaching job i will advise you to accept civil defense cos private job is not secure.

Private school !!! Civil defense is more better in respective of the rank, manage it and plan your life and future even if it’s JAPA plan. But don’t resign from that teaching job until you see your name on the final list. I wish you best of luck. I am female not sir😂

That’s good then, even in service you might met people that will uplift you and open your eyes to different opportunities. Just be patient and plan strategically. The salary might not be encouraging at first but it’s more than that 40k you are currently earning and there are some benefits, tips that will be giving to you which private school cannot gives you.

follow that lady’s advice bro, you are moving from jobs with no security to one that has. You might not find it easy tendering your Bsc certificate when you already get the job but you could make a few connections and keep trying, there’s always someone somewhere to help if we push hard enough. Wish you the best brother.

Public enlightenment: programs in the abuse of drugs should be embarked upon by government to educate parent and youths in the consequences through billboards, posters, handbills and mass media. The fight against of hard and fake drugs should be continued and intensified. Relate this to the definition of civil engineering. You will get the answer to your question.

Civil engineers conceive, design, build, supervise, operate, construct and maintain infrastructure projects and systems in the public and private sector, including roads, buildings, airports, tunnels, dams, bridges, and systems for water supply and sewage treatment

As a Civil Engineer, I will construct and supervise the infrastructure in projecting a very good system to address the adverse effect of drug abuse. By ensuring that a strong signal is mounted across all geophysical areas. Passing a message to the people about the adverse effect of the drugs on our mental health. I hope this helps as well.

bro, I’d completely disagree with all your points as mentioned. I think Civil engineers will be responsible for the construction or suitability of storage facilities for confiscated drugs pending judicial trial for said illicit drugs. I stand to be corrected though.
