I was actually prepared for a refusal as I was already discussing getting a new admission, because the previous agent I used for the admission got me a program (College Diploma) lower than my current qualification, which was a red flag, and also a course not related to Law ( Business & Sales). I saw some persons comments appreciating @frankrobn for his assistance, so I contacted him amongst other agents I contacted from here, but he gave me the response I needed, & his professionalism showed in the outcome of my application. @frankrobn wrote a compelling SOP that even me a Lawyer was astonished, I only needed to add a little touch. When my agent sent me the list of documents to upload, I uploaded them immediately, because this thread had already prepared me on the required documents, I just needed a professional touch, & I got more. @frankrobn thank you so much, & to every other person making this thread knowledgeable, May God Bless you greatly 🙏
I had to post this, to encourage many people here that if you don't try you won't know, & it shall all end in praise 🙏

Greetings
Please what do you think going for 8 months course

Can i so apply with my family or can i apply
for them immediately after getting my Visa?
Please your Advice is needed here
Thank you

An eight-month course will get you a one-year PGWP. People are enrolling for it and are becoming PRs after their study. There is no problem at all. All you need do is to be strategic about it.

You can apply for your wife and children to accompany you or you can wait until you alone reach Canada.

I must also make you aware of what people call a danger which is not a danger at all.

Some people would argue that if you fail to get a job immediately after your study, your hope of becoming a PR is gone. Do not listen. They say that because they know only CEC which requires you have 12 month Canadian work experience in at least a TEER 3 job. Meanwhile, there are ways you can still apply under CEC and many other ways.

There are many other ways of becoming a PR. They are;

1. One + One strategy (CEC).
2. Interchange strategy (CEC) for couples
2. PNP
3. AIP.
4. RNIP.

I am happy for your visa approval.

My honest advice is to avoid them if you don't trust them.

Why not buy directly from the airline? It is always cheaper buying directly from airlines.

I applied on 27th of may .,biometric on the 2nd of june ,,what God cannot do does not exist good luck everyone

Can you mention the name of the school so people can tell you whether or not it is a PGWP eligible school in case you plan to apply for PGWP after your study?

Good evening house, please how can i get airport pick up at yyz airport to centennial residence ?come August 22nd by Gods grace. Please any idea or help will go along way for me. Please house help a sister .

At YYZ, connect to the free WIFI and look for where Flixbus or Robert Q stand is. They are shuttle service companies with stands in the airport.

You can browse them from home before your flight and play around with their website/app and type in your address to see the fare.

You can also check with your school if they have this service. I am aware some schools have it. If they have, you probably have paid for it from your tuition fee.

Nice to know. I heard the marriage has to be at least one year old at the time of applying for STUDY PERMIT, how true is this?

No! Pure fallacy and mythology!

Marriage doesn't have to be one year old but cohabitation.

If there is a child, neither marriage nor cohabitation have to be one year old.

Even if you are not married and you can prove your common law relationship by cohabitation, you are considered as couple and will be given the same treatment as married.

In Canada, common law relationship is respected.

I understand that they might suspect the recent marriage, but inasmuch as you can prove that you have been cohabiting for the past years (at least one year if there is no child yet), you shouldn't have issue demonstrating your marriage.

Some of the things to show as evidence of cohabitation are not limited to the followings:

1. Children/Child.
2. Lease agreement showing the names of both of you.
3. Insurance policy for both of you.
4. Joint bank account.
5. Evidence of past chats, emails and messages.

This is not just a theory.

Hello everyone. I have a quick question for a friend please.

His wife got her study visa. And their daughter got a visitor visa. She’s to resume in January and he was not added to the application initially..

Now he’s asking me if he can apply now before his wife leaves or he has to wait for her to travel and start school in January? And I don’t know so I’m here asking if anyone has an idea.

Thank you

My observations so far:
Securing potential professors is the only key to the success of your application.

You don't need to be specific about Public Health. There are other related courses to public health with resesrch focus on public health related things.

Do you have publications? If no, you need to have something to demonstrate to your potential professors. Those guys don't recon with students without industrial experience or research experience.

In short, you need to get potential professors, and that's the key to land a PhD admission and funding.

Zubi85:
Hellooooo Gurus in the house, please I need your advice:
My First Degree is BSc. (Ed)) Health Education with CGPA of 3.75 (Second Class Upper).
My Second Degree is MSc. (Ed) Community Health Education with GPA of 3.7 or Average Score of 60.2% (Merit).
The two Degrees were obtained here in Nigeria.
So I intend going for PhD in Public Health in Canada, and if possible I can pursue a scholarship after getting the admission.
Please can my Master Grade fetch me a PhD Admission in Canadian University because I learnt that PhD Admission is highly competitive in Canada?
But if not, please which European country or University can offer me PhD Admission in Public Health with my Grade?
Thank you All.

Update: sorted now, if anyone wants to book medicals, just very few slots still left for the first week in July.

Hi Here, good morning.

Please has anyone been able to book appointment on Qlife this morning?

Hoping the portal will go through since today is monday but i can't proceed beyond the page for selecting no of applicants.

Is today being a public holiday the reason?

I just started following this thread yesterday and I must say that this group is one of the best educative forum any prospective student whose mission is to have an international education and certification. God bless you all for your contributions and recommendations.
My own question is; Is it possible to get an individual or organization who can sponsor someone with financial constraints to studying abroad? Or probably get loans and pay back instalmentally?
