—LP’s Application for Interrogatories was dismissed; Court Stated that it’s because it was filed out of time.

—Witness PW3 ( Same Channel’s TV Staff from yesterday, Lucky Isawode) Was Called Up . He Tendered His ID Card , Respondents Didn’t Object, Court Admitted & Tagged it with An Exh Number.

—Three Video Evidence Were Played by LP; First Video Showed INEC Chairman, Prof Mahmood Yakubu, Stating That INEC Staffs Have Been Trained & No Going Back On Real Time Transmission of Results From Polling Units

—Second Video Was of a Channel’s TV Staff, Seun Okinbaloye , Interviewing Mr Festus Okoye (INEC National Commissioner). Mr Okoye Stated that People are Allowed to Protest but Inspection of BVAS Won’t Be Allowed And Not Certain if A Hack of The BVAS Occurred.

—Third Video Was on the Double Nomination of The APC VP ,Kashim Shettima.

—After The Videos, Cross Examination of Witness Took Place. The Respondents Basically Asked Him If All Who Featured in the Videos Are Still Alive, To Which The Witness Affirmed That They Are.

—Forms EC40Gs for Benue State by LGA (6) Were Presented, Opposed by Respondents, Admitted by Court & Tagged with An Exh Number

The merits of the case are so nonsensical that all serious people have already concluded that it's just a formality at this stage.
It's only some 90 -120 days between now and when the case would ultimately be dismissed by the Appeals and Supreme Courts.

Playing videos where individuals make statements of intent which they are not legally obligated to perform is pointless, the question should be did the umpire INEC fulfil it's constitutional mandate in conducting the election and collating the results as a process within same election. The answer is yes

All LP are doing now is playing to the gallery and energizing the base a la Donald Trunp MAGA movement. They are just giving you people hope and keeping you engaged with the idea of a reward that is already predetermined to be unattainable.

Good luck to them finding discrepancies in thousands of PUs to substantial general non compliance.

Imagine Akpabio who almost crippled NDDC with corruption is coming out to be the Senate President. I weep for Nigeria and Nigeria

Akpabio was in NDDC for less than a budgetary cycle (1 year), he never had a budget and never approved a single contract.

The only grouse some elements have is that he had an influence over appointment and he attempted to displace the existing cabal within NDDC and some claim he wanted to replace them with his loyalists.

The NDDC matter is a struggle between ND governors, influential government operatives , contractors, Legislators who have oversight, former governors and Ministers, militants and fake NGOs etc who have a stake in the money being shared there.

Monies continue to be voted for that ministry without an ounce to show for it, the FG continues to look away from the graft because it's ND people and there is a negotiated peace which keeps the militant leadership compliant built into the corruption going on.
