both go hand in hand because the form EC8A is was presented on the BVAS so there will be due cross checking. INEC are to be blamed because if they did right thing in total uploading and using of the Irev portal all this wahala wouldn't have been there

The merits of the case are so nonsensical that all serious people have already concluded that it's just a formality at this stage.
It's only some 90 -120 days between now and when the case would ultimately be dismissed by the Appeals and Supreme Courts.

No lawyer worth his call to the bar will go to court without first checking that the evidence supports his prayer.
