The TV and all these videos being shown is nonsensical and inconsequential and while admitted as evidence doesn't effect the matter.

The judgment would be made based on facts and constitution not emotional persuasion

They are attaching IREC results as exhibit to show the discrepancy between what is obtainable in the IREV portal and what INEC announced as results.

They don't need irev, what they need is the results from polling units in comparison with what inec announced. Then accredited number of each polling units from BVAS. Form EC8a for each polling unit to local govt and state is what they need . But there are many units they don't have polling units agents across Nigeria, how can they prove illegality in those units if inec just decided to write any results for them

Irev cannot be separated from the Bvas as the information on the Irev is what the Bvas machine uploaded to the Irev portal and every information on the Irev is supported by the data on the Bvas backend, so there's no room for manipulations. Irev is relevant to the case, no stone must be left unturn as it might end up hurting us...

Bro I limited my interaction here because many Nigerians can pass as the daftest people on earth. This is just a simple eye test why many fall to pyramid scheme tricks even after losing money over and over again, it is the same reason they kept electing bad leaders and ran away to other peoples country and will want to claim right. The policies haven't been implemented, even the subsidies palliatives are yet to commence and some of them are already shouting 'kumbaya". Legal cases are technical process and not spontaneous reaction. evidences are still been tendered and they will have time to write their final addresses which is an avenue to link the evidences to their case
