enemerci: Pls see page 1 posts 1 and 2. For FSW, spouse’s AGE is NOT a factor that affects the primary applicant's (PA) CRS nor the family PR application AFAIK, provided the wife is the PA. Only the PA's age affects CRS. The 37 yr old wife should do ECA, IELTS (spouse should do same in order to increase PA CRS) and get in the pool with the 50 yr old spouse listed as accompanying, while waiting for the category based draws which may see her NOC selected. She can explore PNPs at the same time and also consider learning French. The whole family's application may be affected by oga for other reasons besides age. For example, if he is inadmissible for medical, misrepresentation or criminal reasons then the entire family will be inadmissible but not for age....AFAIK. #AsFarAsIKnow #AFAIK 5 Likes |

Hello guys, After abandoning this journey for 2 years, I have decided to pick up from where I stopped but I have a question, I plan to update my profile at the end of this month and it will bring my score to 477- 483, my plan is to get ontario tech nomination but I am concerned about the possibility of adding my wife and baby pre-COPR or Post-COPR, she doesn’t have the time to prepare/write ietls, also, if i add her, my score might take a nose dive when. Has any one recently added their spouse later in the process? does this still work ? |

Good morning guys! Please I’m hoping someone can help answer this question or had a similar experience with VFS lagos. My baby sister got RFV email June 2nd. And followed all the instructions on the letter. On getting to VFS, they are requesting for original passport request letter! And there’s nothing like that on her cic profile! Even the RFV email was very detailed on what she needs to take along to VFS and there was nothing like request letter on the list. I’m so confused. Has anyone had a similar experience? How did you go about fixing it 1 Like |

Good day everyone, so I have a challenge. AOR was may 22nd and I just received a mail from irccc to submit my ielts original. The issue now is that I don't have my TRF, I didn't receive it by courier due to an address issue. But I applied for re-mark and my score was updated. I have sent several mails to British Council since april, requesting for my updated TRF, yet no response. I have called their number as well, to no avail. I just discovered that i can get a appointment for a walk-in, but the earliest available date is the same date as the deadline that ircc gave me to submit the result. Please can anyone help me out with how to proceed from here. |

Hi NL folks, Please my SINP application (Post ITA) is still *In Process*. However, my EE Profile expires tomorrow. Do I wait till it expires before creating a new profile? or can I simply go ahead and create a new profile now? What difference would creating a new profile now make? Will I be asked any information to enable me to link the old profile with the new one? I'm asking to enable me know what details to copy down lest It's requested and I cant provide any info because it's closed. |

ednut1: Sha, working holiday visa is different from work visa. A Peruvian can work without being assessed under LMIA. https://jpimmigration.com/hire-foreign-workers-canada/canada-free-trade-agreements/canada-peru-fta-work-permit/ A standard work visa has no age limits unlike working holiday visas. |

Hello NL, Please I need clarification. I had earlier raised a webform informing IRCC of my marriage post AOR. They have now formally replied asking us to submit some forms and additional documents. However, I have checked my profile and only 3 placeholders was provided to uploaded these documents and there are over 6 forms to fill and other documents as well. Can I merge all of them with proper naming or do I raise another webform to upload the rest? Also, do I pay the fees first before uploading the forms and documents? 1 Like |

Hello guys. Please I have an issue I wrote my diploma with unilag and put it to be evaluated by wes and it was evaluated as 1 semester degree instead of 1 year diploma. I did my diploma in 2014/15 when it changed to jupeb. I don't know if anyone has this issue with wes also so I can do reevaluation and it can be changed. Please if you had this issue let me know with solution. Thanks |

Maise: bekayy: Accra appears to be slow lately. A number of passports they received as at May 18 are yet to have counterfoils generated for them. You may want to explore other options, like Nairobi 1 Like |
