Bro I limited my interaction here because many Nigerians can pass as the daftest people on earth. This is just a simple eye test why many fall to pyramid scheme tricks even after losing money over and over again, it is the same reason they kept electing bad leaders and ran away to other peoples country and will want to claim right. My brother it really pains me to see fall for such a trap especially our so called youths. These old men keep on coming with nonsense ponzi schemes to syphon our national treasury to their private pocket. The Federal Government spends about N12 billion on the National Home-Grown School Feeding Programmes (NHGSFP) monthly under the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development (MHADMSD).
They also claim to be spending about N1bn daily to feed an estimated 10 million children benefiting from the scheme across the country even during the lock down. What also happened to the Trader Monie scheme? I'm i the only one who is lost about that ponzi scheme till today? No updates, And our same youths are jubilating for so called interest free students loan, when they can't have access to it due to the conditions and criteria. Don't be surprised when the same politicians will start saying 500 millions students borrow loan when not up to 50 can access it.

So far of three substantive witnesses have been called by PDP and LP , all have claimed that the BVAS failed to send presidential results but was able to send legislative results, they agreed that they are satisfied the form EC8A and other relevant forms were filled correctly in their presence at the PU and malpractice was "witnessed" the INEC ad-hoc staff who claimed there were discrepancies at the LG collation center when cross examined could not articulate what the exact error were to support his claims.

The TV and all this videos being shown is nonsensical and inconsequential and while admitted as evidence doesn't effect the matter.

The judgment would be made based on facts and constitution not emotional persuasion

I have actually not made any attempt to define what the threshold is but rather to state the fact and opined on the weakness of the prayers.

No lawyer worth his call to the bar will go to court without first checking that the evidence supports his prayer. The essence of the information being tendered is to show the discrepancy between what actually happened and what INEC told us happened. It is all drama; travesty of justice is gradually coming closer. It's all a ploy and played out of a script. Anything brought by the petitioner, the respondents are to oppose it while the court is supposed to overrule them to make it appear it is impartial. Perfect game plan. The Bible says that, "it is in vain the net is spread in the presence of the bird". Honest Nigerians know what is going on and what will be coming soon. So no surprise.
