Abeg I won ask why e be say if I cook ogbono soup sometimes e go draw and atimes e no go draw using the same ingredients and measurement ..

Annoying thing them go assure u for market say e go draw but Lai Lai the thing no go draw .

You did not buy the original ogbono
There are two species of ogbono,

1)Ado ogbono(Dry seasoned )

2) and Ujiri
No 1 is the main ogbono....

What I do is this when I discover that it's the onion that kills the draws I first of all put the onion meat or fish together to boil for a long time before applying the ogbono and the okra then your soup will draw. But if you put ogbono, okra and onion it won't draw

When you heat the oil add crayfish


Turn off the gas and mix d ogbono when the oil is cooling down

After fee minutes put the pot back on the fire. You'll thank me
