In essence,some of the IREV documents used in announcing Tinubu as the president were downloaded and certified by INEC,and given to the petitioners [ labour party and peter Obi ] cannot be linked/traced to any LGA in those states.

They were presented in court today,and were admitted as exhibits by the court.
