I got accpted into ALX Software Engineering Course and class will be starting on Monday .

I tried playing around with the C Language by installing CLion and C++ mingw compiler , but I got an error message when I test run it.

It's seems these configurations ain't working on my Acer Laptop. It's an old Laptop.

I want to get an new Laptop. Budget of 400k.

Please kindly recommend a solid Laptop that will serve me the purpose of running applications for my software engineering course.

You don't need a very big laptop when it comes to programing.
A laptop of #120k or at most #200k if you really want to up it will do the job.

Programming is not video editing that requires graphic to render.

All you need is something fast.

Make sure you have at least 8gb RAM with SSD installed,not HDD.

And probably 4th gen processor above.
