My recent watchlist has been occupied by Biopics. I've gone from Tetris, Air, Selma, Big George Foreman, Bohemian Rhapsody, Steve Jobs, Weird: The Al Yankovic Story, Fruitvale Station to these two gems back to back and all I've got to say is, my romance with Biopics is only just beginning

Operation Fortune: Russe De Guerre (2023) - D.

Another piece of generic nonsense where they hyped the mission and told me that it was extremely dangerous with $10 billion at stake and a device that could be used to destroy the entire global banking system and trigger World War 3. Then Fortune and co get there and run the entire thing like a walk in the park, there wasn't even a time when it felt like they were in real danger they just got around millions of dollars' worth of security, hacked everything, and kicked ass.

Hugh Grant's persona was the only interesting bit to watch. Mediocre action everywhere, cringe worthy dialogue mtcheeeew. No one even got a bruise here, give me a fuckïng break. 😒

It's the reason I didn't bother seeing Hotel Rwanda, because I learnt Hotel Rwanda was more thrilling compared to Sometimes In April.

The CGI in the movie is the same as the trailers with that $300m+ budget. I guess the spent so much on the nostalgia bait, marketing and generating fake hype they barely had anything left. 😂 Does this shot remind you of something, Thor 4 maybe? 😂😂 Hypocritical fûcks. 😂😂
