My rule is I don't sell at loss unless if I see the company is likely closing shop.That was why i didn't sell then .It is sugar I want @ #20 so I can move all the money sold from zenith before dividend @#25.50,BE was #18 plus.

I am moving back cash to the market because I see the government are toeing the right path.
