Exactly. Before vying for any post,you should have known all it entails and try as much as possible to be well equipped going in. Now most will learn on the job and that's even if they're willing.

Maybe. But no one goes to a company to apply for work without having any prior knowledge of what the work’s about! This is why company do ask for CV! It’s all about the past experience!

It’s a huge disadvantage when you go into house of rep without any prior knowledge of how things are being done!

As much as it is very good for members to observe House Rules, I find the action of Ben Kalu a ploy to divert the attention of the House from debating the main issue - which is NNPCL issuing sole importation of PMS license to Aliko Dangote. The main issue affects Nigerians more than the so-called House Rules.
