Also, can one use Pension fund statement as POF?

I was told yes from those that have used it . But you must get a letter from your pension trust fund that you have access to 25% of the funds when you resign.

So you can only add 25% of it to your POF

I hope this helps

Yes, you can have funds in those forms that you mentioned. All that is important is a letter that says that you can withdraw/ have access to the money whenever need it. I kept my money in mutual funds and got a reference letter from the financial institution.

Thank you

Hello House.

I am currently in the EOI pool for SINP. My score is 70 for Noc 10021, but based on the recent draw for my NOC, I need to increase my score to 84 to stand a chance. Please, who knows any job agency in Sask that can help get a job? I have sent several applications through the Canada Job Bank and the Sask Job Bank, but nothing yet. I would appreciate any help or advice.

Thanks

keep applying you may be lucky one day. Its extremely difficult. Most employers don’t want to deal with the cost and time it takes to bring in a foreign worker. If you check the draw history scores come down sometimes.

Please house, I went through the EOI guide manual for sasketchewan, and I saw passport number. Does that mean I need a new Nigerian passport before I can register on the platform .
Because that field is mandatory. ....

Good morning house,

I used my Masters as highest qualification and only my Masters was evaluated by WES which I used for EE.

For SINP application do I necessarily need to include my first degree?
I have 2 concerns regarding it and my concerns are below;
1. Only my Master was evaluated by WES.
2. Discovered there is a DOB mistake on my First degree Transcript, Master degree, Birth cert, WAEC and Intl passport DOB are all OK.

Please I will appreciate your advise on this as I need to submit this week.

Thanks.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll look it up for more info but in the meantime, do you have an idea of the least tuition among the schools you listed for nursing for an international student?

Add a letter of explanation for the discrepancy and an affidavit of age

The address is basically to receive your hard copy IDs etc and it takes some time , weeks i. Some cases so it Airbnb might not suffice for that purpose.

You can use a friends address to receive them while you sort out your place.

Thank you so much again. One final clarification. I have seen that to process the health card and ID card/drivers license at SGI 2 saskatchewan residency documents (cellphone bill excluded) need to be provided. What can I present as I am a newbie not having any saskatchewan residency documents. Thanks as always.
Re: Living In Saskatchewan, Canada by deejay102: 11:58pm On Jun 16, 2023
In most cases, having someone with you will help you alot. Your COPR is one and your guide can write a note on your behalf and show their own ID for the 2nd piece and you will be able to get the SGI license/ID card. With that two, you can then proceed with health card. You have to follow a certain order since you dont have all yet so the health card kinda comes after you have two IDs.

Bonus tip: connect with someone and have an address ready before you land cuz they will ask where you want your PR card (another ID) sent to. You need to use an address than wont change anytime soon cuz omo you dont want your PR card to go missing. That thing takes a long time normally if he con loss na error oo..

Greetings my people, after careful consideration , I would like to go through express entry and I can see from this thread sask is a good province with low cost of living for a newbie from Nigeria .

I calculated my wife’s sinp score base on a few facts that’s available and possible and got above 70 points.
1. My wife is the main applicant with a bsc degree in human resource management . She has a one year nysc working experience with NSITF( Nigerian social insurance trust fund) as a Human resource assistant . I don’t know if that counts. And also she managed a restaurant for a year.
2.she hasn’t written ielts but with good preparation, we would try to score 7+ (I intend to write it too)
3. She has two married cousins in Canada with PR. One of them has been a resident for 4 years + but haven’t confirmed the province they live yet.
4. Our age range is withing 22-35

5, I have a degreee In petroleum Engr but yet to get my cert due to the high outstanding fees I’m owing and also since I might not be using the cert as i Inted to go the tech route or study something else.

Pls I want to know if we qualify with these facts listed Above and if no, what areas do we need to upgrade. Study route is also an option but I think our best shot should be the PR since it would make things easier.

Also what’s the advice for a dependant coming with just waec cert as I don’t intend to collect my cert or would I need it? Advice pls from people here would really go a long way. I don’t want to make any mistake or have any regrets

Thanks

If you are outside Canada it will be tougher for you to get these jobs because those inside Canada are also struggling hard to find a job u mean those already with permanent residence here. Looking for jobs here is like looking for jobs in Nigeria now. A lot of people are coming in and the competition is much with limited jobs available. Also most suitable way to make it here is doing business or services. Working here in Canada will keep you stuck for several years without significant progress

Anything from 60 and above can be called depending on the need for the NOC type and some other criteria..

66 isn't. a bad score. Just be hopeful.

If you also have the opportunity to increase your IELTS band, it would also boost your score more.

See attached the scores called in recent time.

Dear Team,

I am a newbie with this Canada immigration. Kindly guide me.

1. I just applied to SINP and my score is 66, is this a good score and would they probably call this score?

2.If there is a draw for 66 score, does it mean everybody that has 66 will be called or it will depend on the individuals NOC code.

3. Is there any other thing I can do to up my score please

Please also tell me other things I need to know please

Thank you
