A. Once it's wrong at the polling unit level, it will be wrong up, so the most important form to analyze is Form EC8A

Lp lawyers are just wasting time on nothing.what inec chairman says doesht matter,what matters is what the law states.again,inec before the polls said raw figures won't be transmitted and a court already gave inec the leeway to transmit anyhow..they should use this time and focus on other aspects like double nomination,drug case,perjury,fct 25%

I don't think they can do more than 15 witnesses before their time elapse and no proof of irregularities yet. I listened to a radio station this morning and you needed to hear Obi supporters masturbating over the 18,000 blurred irev results that made newspaper headline, a mere sensational news. Someone called in and threatened that they will scatter everywhere if tribunal doesn't favour them.

Fact presented by LP so far are

1. The result sheets(from the CTC from INEC). They have proved in their schedule that LP won in the election based on INEC CTC result.

2. They are also presenting these video to prove that the inec chairman changed goal post with the intention of manipulating the result.

3. They brought in a Software Engineer and Architect to prove that the issue with uploading the result was deliberate and they might have narrowed it down to where(IP address) from where it was done and time.

I think using Sopoena is a smart move by Lp lawyers.
