Same as mine, I stopped receiving email after I got this exact mail and I later went to Lagos vfs where I did my biometrics.. And I got my passport.. I did not get collection mail.. I just went there, about 4 days after I hit this you kinda email.

You are very correct, there is high tendency they will reconsider d child. Talking from experience

Since her own visa has been approved, tell her to wait until the visa is stamped on her passport. After she receives her passport with a visa, she can do these for her child.

1. Tell her to send in a reconsideration request on behalf of her child through email and the Webform.

2. Also, tell her to reapply for the child.

She should attach a copy of her child's refusal letter and a copy of her own visa to both the new application and the reconsideration request.

You can track it on vfs website or use der live chat to ask for update.

Today I chatted with them to request the AWB number and they told me they don't have the number.

My question is that, is it possible for them to have couriered it and not have tracking number or did they lie that it has been couriered when it hasn't been

I'm tired o because I'm traveling next week and I won't be home for them to make the delivery anytime next week.

What can I do?

If you’re going with the whole family, you’ve to be able to prove strong home tie, solid pof and good sop.

Home tie: Job, business, properties, investment, relatives & extended families.

POF: This will depend on your purpose of visit. Make sure you’ve enough, they want to be sure you’re not spending all your money on the trip. I will advise you’ve X3 of your trip budget as pof.

SOP: Since there’s no visa interview, this is an opportunity to tell the VO why your application should be approved. Talk about why you’re going to Canada, purpose of your trip, if it’s for tourism list all the itineraries you’ve in plan.

Submit any document you feel will proof all the points. Also use the new portal for your application. Success!

They didn’t send me tracking number, I had to chat them to get my tracking number. They’re not serious o, after charging that high, they can’t still give necessary update. When did they tell you it was couriered? You can count 3 business days for UPS to deliver, if it has pass maybe you should try to go or send someone there (vfs).

There's no form to fill. It's just a letter addressed to Canada high commission giving ur consent for ur spouse to travel with d kids. Then attach ur passport

From experience, I have come to a conclusion that they prioritize people with immediate family member(s) or very close friends and associates.

But if you are for tourism purposes or general visiting you are on your own even if you are renewing.

It shows you didn't read my message very well, I simple said that the prioritize people going to visit Family member(s), if you are for tourism and the likes, you need to keep waiting for your PPR especially if your application is a group one..

Use your portal to apply, it's easy to apply and send them mails and webforms when it is getting longer than expected.

It simply means that you sent them a mail or webform that was updated on the tracker, check the activities you will see it there.

Or maybe they sent you a mail, your activities will explain better.

Use your application to apply. Send mails n Webform for the application to the expedited bcox u can’t leave your baby behind.

A consent letter/parent ID was requested and i sent everything, despite that i had sent all the documents initially.
Hopefully we get responses on how to deal this situation.

My question is after confirming my eligibility from my answers to the questionnaire, i got 2 forms to fill, one is the work permit and the second i saw was temporary permit form. I am a bit confuse on if i need to fill the second form given that i have a visitor’s record. Please help a friend clarify if you know.

Same thing happened to me. They did not acknowledge receipt for 3 days until i sent them a mail using the contact us. The next evening, i received about 4 emails at the same time. i ven received the receipt for the courier payment

Relax they can update your profile without any information, when you have message they will send you a message notification on your email.
