What have LP being waiting for all this time if they have all this evidence to hand?

Why didn't they bring their so called star witnesses on the very first day so they can quickly win their case, get the inauguration done and start the process of giving us all a "better Nigeria" as promised?

This is not like Whot where you hold on to your pick 2 and pick 3 cards until the very last minute so they you can do your last card and check up without interruption.

h

They want to humiliate mahmood and the election defrauder, they are even surprised that the LP is this prepared. Go to court, go to court, you want to play with someone that reclaimed his governorship mandate, not once or twice but three times, Obi is mean and knows his onions, I foresee the break up of Nigeria if the judges try anything funny, the evidences are too glaring to toy with

His failure to use other copies trapped him and his analysis
Somebody collated results from the primary source, that is, results from PU and you still want him to go and check the secondary source. Please which one should be the authentic, the Polling units results or the ward collated results or LG collated results or State collated results or National collated results? If the primary results failed, there is no way to rely on others any more. It is the polling units results that produced any other results that may produced.
The electoral law even mandated the collation officer or returning officer to compare the hard copy collated results from the polling units transmitted results Incase of any dispute of results. The law didn't say compare with ward results or LG collated results according to section 64 (5)(6) of the electoral Act, so your assumption that he should have checked other collated results from ward or state is null and void and not found in law. Go and read what the section says before you reply me o and don't reply me out of blues.

We didn't see it but we can easily assume from the session that it was consistent with what inec declares except for rivers, benue and the 18000 blurred irev copies.failure to cross check other copies killed the analysis

From your lawyers question you can see that all their effort is to creat technicality loophole to

1. Discredit his expertise so that they can rubbish his report. But they failed.

2. They also wanted to create technicality that he was biased so as to throw away his swo. They again failed. He told them he is patriotic Nigerian(he voted) that he was not paid and that he accepted it out of passion because he want to use it to teach his student.

Even when they ask him who won he refused to say. Shown he was not in this analysis to because he is interested in who will win but because result did not add up mathematically.

Bro relax. All the other cases about 25%, Shettima double nomination etc may come up next week too.

By limiting himself to irev copies which are secondary evidence without using physical copies, his analysis is dead on arrival.

He refused to mention who won because tinubu won.dont forget he was contracted by lp and he is their witness which means he is already biased.only a court ordered investigator can be neutral.

There's no time to tackle all other cases.the supreme court has settled the shettima issue.obi has lost

Good that at least you have admitted that electoral act states clearly that there will be electronic transmission of result, and the word transmit can't be done any other way except electronically, any other means will simply say upload, That's first punch, Secondly, LP has enough evidence to prove that INEC performed woefully, blurred results is enough evidence to shackle Mahmood and dump him in Kuje, and if the LP has subpoenaed true results, then case close, PO will be declared the winner

See another puncturing.they didn't even bring the official copy

You cannot insinuate that the copy tendered was doctored.

They keep records. One online and the other in their library. He will need to prove that it was doctored with a forensic review.

Court case is time bound and schedule has been made, it cannot be cut abruptly because a party gave a damning evidence or witness. You people just want the petition to move at your desired space but they have their own way of doing their thing. You people should be following them rather than wanting them to do your bidding. The petitioner was given three weeks, court will not stop him till that three weeks is exhausted, except he willingly submit not to go further. Learn bro.

Oga, electoral act says transmit.the word transmit denotes manual or electronic not electronic.
Lp has no evidence, just mere allegations.
Blurred results of irev is not sufficient, you must provide blurred physical results too.irev is secondary evidence

If PO thinks that he can be declared winner of the presidential election, he should think again. In a worst case scenario, the election will be cancelled but can the tribunal take that risks? There is no vacuum in Governance. Will they be willing to put the country in state of uncertainty? If PBAT is sacked with his team, who will run things in the interim? Definitely not PO because he came distance 3rd.
So if the obedients think PO will be declared President, they, they will wait for a long time.

IREV is supposed to serve as the exact reflection of physical result. So if the IREV is blurred, it's enough prove, no need to ask for physical result bro, that's simple law

This is the Tribune Newspaper of 23rd February 2023.
INEC RIGHTLY noted that RAW FIGURES won't be transmitted of election results
.

PLEASE DOES IT MEAN INEC SAID THEY WILL NOT TRANSMIT PICTURES OF ELECTION RESULTS DIRECTLY FROM POLLING UNIT?

UPDATED;!

HERE'S A LINK TO THE FULL TEXT ;

https://tribuneonlineng.com/we-wont-transmit-raw-figures-of-election-results-inec-chairman/#:~:text=Infact%2C%20the%20law%20does%20not,a%20long%20period%20of%20time

Going through the content of the news, you will get that it's written that the results won't be transmitted in RAW figures like [ APC 23 ,LP 45 ,PDP 53],not the nonsense they are trying to claim in court
INEC just succeeded in scoring an own goal.
Mamoot is surely going to jail cheesy

They have got what they wanted. About IREV cannot be used to tabulate results and tabulations are done at the collection center with hard copies.

However by INEC regulations IREV data must correlates with Collation Data

It is indeed like whot. Why do you think they don't serve their respondent early? Why do you think your respondent keep asking if this is their star witness.

I can tell you, it is 80% possible that LP presented all their star withnesses.

Which star witness is better that the CTC result from all the Pus?
