In summary about the content of the news ;
INEC said they wouldn't transmit raw figures like Kenya did in 2015, but they would upload result images [form EC8A] to a portal.

"RAW FIGURES" here means just the number of votes.
For instance,in a polling unit,LP got total of 23 votes,APC got total of 34 votes ,PDP got total of 75 votes etc.
INEC claimed the results won't be transmitted by those "raw figures " like, transmitting only the number of votes each party got,but rather everything would be captured as an image [from form EC8A] and uploaded in real time.

I'm honestly still surprised how none of
the respondents legal teams couldn't figure that out.

Is still the same , forget emotions. Meaning picture of results from polling unit for people to view, not to make use of it to collate results or wait for it B4 collation. Real deal is the one polling officer take to the collation center and do addition and subtraction. What if LP no get agents when doing that nko , or may b they didn't present party agents in most poling units of SW and majority of North.
