His perception of, let the person come show him in person the LMIA and job before he believes, people would leave several prairies and provinces and what have you. Both peeps who stay in Yukon , Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Winnipeg , Edmonton would take their LMIA and job offers to him and say "oh I got it from job bank" or "this is the LMIA I got from indeed" (because he's Justin Trudeau) then he will sit and believe, and you deem it he does not have a shattered mentality and thinking, or he knows what he is saying. Jealousy and pride is his problem, he'd live and die with it in the end.

You'd do well not to respond to this fellow. Obviously he has nothing to offer , and not because of him I'd stop helping people. I'm not asking for money, I'm sharing info , because I want to be helped as well one way or the other, who knows? People have advised me to stop talking to him, I suggest you do same.

Leave him and let him talk. When he is tired he'd close his toilet and learn to be useful to himself by asking the right questions and learning to behave to people and not call people names, probably it would have been late for him by then. Coming from a man that has no job yet ...l laugh ...Please note most of the people giving unsolicited immigration advice here do not have visa yet, are not in Canada and do not have lmia..so how do you become a professional adviser on things you have not experience or achieved yourself...l rest my case when people enter canada then dey go understand my point of view about all this google motivational speakers!!! and some people do actually paid for lmia via agent that runz the package and it not cheap but some go come online tell you dey arrive and move to the rural area got job and processed closed lmia ....believe all this crook and bull story at ur own risk..it my 3rd month here in Canada and l have seen many lairs and deception people go say just to boost ego and anybody rushing to dm of a faceless forum ,just becareful scam is real and come in different size and method..when you guys land in canada then you shall know the truth and the truth will set you free ..welcome to canada =)

Same as mine, I stopped receiving email after I got this exact mail and I later went to Lagos vfs where I did my biometrics.. And I got my passport.. I did not get collection mail.. I just went there, about 4 days after I hit this you kinda email.

I submitted it myself in Lagos and picked up myself.

Hubby sent to Abuja via DHL.. And he's yet to even get tracking.. 3 working days passed now.

Oga,l notice you in canada already, can you share ur honest experience so far as per work search, acccomdation if u arrive with no friends or family,other expenses and the vv to wv route for lmia .it will help others coming, pls no good or bad experience it all learning stages..God bless

On accommodation, you need substantial amount of money to spend on Airbnb for a while expect you going the shelter route. On getting accommodation it’s a bit hard you going to need pay stub, credit score , employment letter to get one.

Getting Lima sponsored job, is quite very hard, but there a little possibility.

There are Many other routes that can be explored, just research.

Why advise people to start searching for jobs from Nigeria with a Visitor's Visa? As rightly said; not everyone here wants to relocate/japa on a Visitor's Visa.

Why not chill until after the borders, what if some people go through secondary interrogations and all these things are found on their mails/phones?

We should always remember and adhere to the terms and conditions of every Visa, I can see that the main purpose of changing a VV to WP is almost been Abused on this thread.

In addition, thumbs up to other essential information you are giving to people here.

Read up how to find Canadian CV on line and start submitting applications for jobs etc. Try to also see if you have family members , use their Canadian address and telephone number while you prepare to join them in due course.
