De Ja Vu!!! I have seen this Script before

Osimhen and Nigeria runs into a 4-1 lead at HT. Osimhen gets injured and leaves the pitch and Sierra Leone work their way back to make it 4-4.

This was under Rohr.

Now again under Peseiro, Osimhen again inspires Nigeria to a 2-0 lead. They pull one back, Osimhen gets injured, leaves the pitch and Sierra Leone have just equalised.

Like Rohr, Like Peseiro. Tactical dunces.

2 hideous twins.

If we could have that arrangement in the early 90's even through Keshi's reign why can't we see that rein through this time? For me it is a proof of your tactical nous as a coach if you can field 3home based hungry players in your starting 11 thus also promoting the NPFL.

I'm not a prophet but I know two things

- You can't see your toes
- You can't climb a full 12 flight stairs without seeing stars

Na beer and margarine you use add fat. I lie?

Same players for over 3years.

We are retrogressing and not growing or improving.
On a good day, any team can beat us. This is not the Eagles I know.

we are trying to win a match here. Caf won't give us points for using 3 home based players. Funny guy. E say na 65 minutes.
There is nothing funny here. Go check the clubsides of the Sierra Leonean National Team players holding you to a draw.

It is not proof of anything

Hunger has nothing to do with ability. Hunger comes a distant 2nd between both.

Best 11 plays. Not some quota system

My problem with Peseiro has always been how he sets up his team and his player selections. He clearly isn't concerned about the specific player profiles that can improve the team. He just runs with same old, same old and inshallah. No strategic effort to improve anything tactically or technically.

Aside his tactical ineptness, he is also showing poor game management today as Rohr did in the last part of his reign.

African referees let players get away with outright thuggery. It isn't and will never help the development of the tactical game on the continent. Technically the players from almost all countries are not too bad. With a proper referee Nigeria win this game. Ah well.

Iheanacho bags a late winner off a Zaidu smart pass but my point stands.

Peseiro doesn't yet know what to do with this bunch of players and talents. He is running on vibes.
