At my current working place, we do One-day In and One-Out. Except on Sundays which is a must that everyone must come.

So I was planning going to the 2nd place to tell the manager I will be coming to work 3times a day. From opening till closing under the umbreller of Apprentice.

Go to the second place and see if you can be doing 3 days there when you are on off in the other place. That could help give you additional 18k. If you work there for like two months, check a tech skill that is quick and easier to learn and start learning it. Also plan on furthering your education through legitimate means possible.

I will advise the boy not to quit until he secures a more favourable job than the current one while at the meantime he should continue to save the little he could make out of the meager salary. His savings will enable him learn skill if he wish to.

When I talk say Nigerian company na modern slavery, people go say I dey talk plenty. 18k per month, even min wage pass am.

Some of these employers should be arrested. As long as your business is registered under the Frderal Republic, you should pay more.. or shut down operation. Hunger too much.

Do you how much some waiter make on tips? If you dont much about something dont put your mouth. Op can start from this job and gather experience to apply for bigger hotels like Radisson blu, Federal palace, Eko hotel, Sheraton hotel etc.

You want to rely on tips, it's female waiters that get tips like that, in serious places management don't even permit it.
I work as a supervisor in a reputable lounge the tip na mostly 1 bottle of beer which 1 convert to food or transport money. That one na money?
