.

Exactly why INEC excuse (True or False) that they intentionally prevented the Presidential election results upload because of servers attacks will be a logical reason.

If there was a server attack, it would also be logged in the Event logs of the AWS instance. The witness from AWS should be able to tell.

Perhaps someone could provide an explanation regarding this matter. How do any of these factors prove that Obi won the election?

His argument seems to suggest that if the results were not uploaded to iREV, the entire election should be canceled in order for his line of reasoning to make sense. However, I am trying to understand the basis of his argument, which implies that everything went well until the uploading process, without any indication of altered results in those units. He is solely relying on the fact that the results did not upload to claim victory.

I have mentioned before that Obi, along with his lawyers and associates, is aware that he did not win, which is why he is not even attempting to demonstrate his victory and is solely focusing on the issue of iREV not functioning properly.

Nonetheless, INEC should provide a proper explanation as to why that aspect did not work.

I think some of you write before you think. Obi's legal counsel is yet to finish their presentation and you are passing judgement already. It will be wise for you to relax and watch them finish up their time without touching on those EC8As brought to the court...

Dumbo, not the server getting overwhelmed but the upload system itself. Mo matter how good your server is, you Still need a fast and capable bandwidth to upload anything. The network was not processing the uploads as fast as necessary.

But it processed the senate, gubernatorial and house of reps? You obviously don't know what you are talking about. I am into Cloud Infrastructure and can tell you with authority that if the transmission was the issue and not the server getting overwhelmed as you blindly claim, the calls made to the server during the transmission attempts will be logged. That's why we have a saying in IT that " the logs don't lie". I'm afraid, you're the dumb one here!

I am a software engineer with years of experience in building scalable enterprise applications. The AWS servers may not have glitches. The Question you should be asking is for application logs to be provided. AWS is an hosting environment on which you can run services developed by other programmers.
Is the application scalable? Was the application tested for performance under extreme load? Uploading Documents/Images are resource intensive. Peradventure the applications might have failed under intensive document upload process. If the application is using micro services, what happened to the service orchestrators? What happened to the load balancer?

The AWS logs are not enough to enough to proof the health of the application.

True, AWS logs are not enough, but if other uploads pulled through (i.e the senate and the rest) why didn't the presidential uploads pull through? At least, the AWS logs would show the call attempts from the SP (app side) even though they failed due to connectivity issues as claimed by INEC. The truth is that INEC blocked the upload of the presidential upload and the question should be why did they block it? They've been caught in one lie already regarding this AWS server being down, they better provide an explanation. But it's ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฌ, anything goes!

Another dumbest retard masquerading as a s.art person. You will get a call log if the server was even connected to during upload. Even at that, it's just a a call log, an attempt at reaching the server.
Listen dumbo, this all a waste of time anyway.
What's important is that your incompetent religious fanatical leader needs to show that the result that was eventually uploaded to the server are totally different from what his agents signed for at the polling unit.
All these rubbish narratives are just a bunch of cacophony that will lead nowhere.

This can be easily nullified now. INEC should cite the evidence of the USA based IT specialist who boasted on TV that he would hack the system of INEC in favour of obi. Since we are in the era of playing video evidence. No umpire will hear such outburst and still.wish to.upload any result.
The whole charade is just laughable

What you should know is that, only INEC has the authentic report of what happened on the electoral day. PDP, Atiku, LP and Obi will close their cases this week while Tinubu, APC, INEC and Shettima will open theirs by calling witnesses after which hearing will commence.

All these hackers brought by obi will be cross examined and the evidencea admitted will also be subjected to cross examination in the final adresses of the defendants.

Why celebrate like the court agree to such witnesses been true?

This line of argument only proves that INEC did not follow through with their own guideline, it could have affected anybody including Tinubu, Atiku, Obi and all others.
Now Obi and his lawyers are not telling us how not uploading affects just him and had his results changed.

The better way to prove it would be to show the result uploaded to iRev. Assuming iRev has PO with 10, Atiku with 15 and Tinubu with 25,
the best way to show that the results were manipulated is to show a certified true copy which all party agents have that shows PO 25, Atiku 15 and Tinubu 10.

Saying INEC said they will use black biro but went to use blue or they said they will upload immediately but uploaded later will only lead to a reprimand on INEC to explain why and improve their process next time but will not prove that PO won, at least that is how I see it?

Let's all see how they build their case in the comiy weeks, let's watch the series as it unveils.

This seems to be the most followed tribunal process in Nigeria's history.

Remember that the count of documents being uploaded for presidential election is more than that of the other offices. I am not aware of the architecture of the application but I am sure that several factors might be responsible
i.) Size of Bandwidth
ii.) Load Balancing Infrastructure
iii.) Possible DOS attack
iv.)File upload optimization (jpeg/bitmap)
v.) Trojan/Virus attacks using Man in the Middle attack
vi.) AWS infrastructure subscriptions might not be optimal (RAM and vCPU even quality of Harddisk purchased). Cloud infrastructures are not that reliable in terms of performance. Forget the logs the AWS expert provided. I had issues with some infrastructure on Azure late Year. Microsoft denied that the problem was from their end. After a thorough review, of the logs we discovered some of the VMs were not properly configured. Information on the Azure Admin Portal was considerably different from what was available on the VM in itself. After back and forth, MS had to apologise.

I am not a fan of Cloud Infrastructures.

All INEC needed is to provide plausible explanation.
