in nigeria, institutions have been bastardised and used wrongly. it isnt the job of the military to stop southern kaduna killings. it is the job of the police, DSS and NSCDC who are charged primarily with maintaining internal security. instead of holding them accountable, the public panicks and starts asking for military intervention
