Why don't you try the tracker to know the exact state of the application.

I used Gckey can I still track my application?
I have been trying it but it's showing me error messages.

Thanks for the advice.
AskGod07:
Well other documents uploaded through webform after application submitted didn’t count only if you are ask to upload a particular document.

Be positive and pray let hope for the best.

Property deed don’t determine visa outcome because have seen many people without property gotten visa

Rejection or refusal?

Get GCMS notes first. Before you get the notes, you could pinpoint why you were refused based on some information. In fact, you have identified why you were refused. You know it yourself.

However, you can present your case in a better way in your next application.

Good afternoon house...

My wife wants to go for a two-year diploma with our son. In terms of proof of funds, will US$45k be sufficient for the VO to approve her study permit?

Also, do I need to move the entire funds to her account for payment of schools and living expenses before applying for the student visa?

Thank you for your time.

It is difficult to give you a definite answer about financial sufficiency due to the limited information you have presented.

However, I will try to answer using the limited information you have provided with the below analysis.

Your USD 45,000 = CAD 58,950 @US$1/C $1.31.

Living Expenses for spouse $20,000 ($10,000/year).
Living Expenses for child $6,000 ($3,000/year)
Miscellaneous Expenses $3,000+ ( may be more but $5,000 is ok).
TOTAL FOR LIVING EXPENSES: $29,000+ ($31,000 should be enough)

If we deduct $29,000 from $58,950, the remaining will be $29,950. This will be used for Tuition fee.

This means you should look for a college/university offering your desired course which goes for $29,950 as tuition fee for the entire two years.

Judgedment:

$29,950 ($15,000 per year)
If you can't get a program which has tuition fee of $15,000 per year, your money will not be enough.

My analysis is based on 100% elimination of refusal due to financial insufficiency.

Normally, IRCC states that a minimum of one year POF is enough. From experience, a great percentage of people in this part of the world has not been favoured by this. IRCC often time do assess applications from this side based on the number of years/duration of study. Meanwhile, some people have been able to get visa approval with just a minimum one year POF for courses taking longer than one year.

It was refused 🥺, honestly I’m
Just confused. Should I ask the sponsor to gift it ? , or I should add more information about the sponsor, but we are not related by blood

Firstly You don’t let the IRCC know that you have a relative there so I will advise u to put 10k since is the minimum

It’s an automatic turn off for them they will tell you that after your course has been completed you not going to come back to your country
