Q. Do you agree that network failure is also a glitch and there was a glitch on the INEC site at that time.

A. I disagree, network failure could have happened on the side of the person performing the upload.

Q. You said in your affidavit that the INEC site crashed. network failure cannot happen through out the federation

A. That's right

Logically there could have been a temporary gitch that prevented documents upload during the election. Case closed! They helped her to finish herself and LP. Amateur witness at best!

How can a serious petitioner considered this dummy a star witness? Oh, goodness!

Labour Party has lost! There's no way back into it.

She said a glitch is possible at anytime, but it never occurred on 25 Feb
senatordave1:

And from her testimony, she agreed that there could have been a glitch from inec server internally without AWS knowing.
Again, she's not the maker of her report and cannot testify for it

Some issues require asymmetrical thinking. Two elections ran concurrently on the same day and time, results of one were uploaded in real time, the other were not. INEC will explain to us what happened. You obviously didn't comprehend what you highlighted, more so across the federation. INEC will explain the magic

She specifically stated that a glitch can occur anytime, but it never happened on 25 Feb. I'm following this case from two different people in the court.
anonymous1759:

If glitches can happen anytime feb 25th Is not exceptional that’s the crux of the matter only Amazon itself can prove that glitches didn’t happen on the 25th

Oga,in court, doubt means you haven't proved anything.lp claimed in court that there was no glitch, therefore, they must totally prove it
But they submitted the report from AWS on the activity of their application within the said period, that yourself can go and download on their website. It's now left for INEC to prove the report wrong by providing their own tray cloud report. All these questions of it happened here or there cannot substantiate that it truly happened with INEC server. There is a report from AWS on their website, INEC need superior argument to counter what is on ground now. That it happens in 2020 or there about that Olanipekun said cannot exonerate that it happens on 25th February, 2023. Proof is the most important thing now.

[He states that out of the 5 documents listed in the subpoena, they have only two (A and B).]

[He now hands over the document to the court officials. ]

[The court asks about the other documents and his response is, 'WE DONT HAVE THEM' because Document C is still a work in progress.
For Document B, they don't have the document because they are not in existence (he was explaining something about NITDA and Section 158 and 160 of the Constitution as the reason for the unavailability of the documents ) ]

[Dr Livy has applied to see the Certified True Copies of the Documents presented by INEC from Court while praying to the court to prevail on INEC to provide the full documents ]

[There’s an ensuing argument back & forth ]

Dr. Livy SAN:
He informs the court that the documents brought by INEC will be tendered later by them through a witness or from the bad 'as they please'.

[ But the court wants the documents tendered today before the petitioners proceed with what they chose to do with the documents. ]

[ There are no express conclusions as to these documents, it is presumed that the documents at the registry and the petitioners can later access copies of them and chose to tender them as they will. ]

[ The application for adjournment is taken and there are no objections. ]

Is losing by 10,000 votes woefully? What of atiku that lost by 500k

We were reliably informed Tinubu received about 180k votes in Lagos. Now, that's 17.41 percent of all legal votes cast in the presidential election in Lagos. These are some of the information they are currently struggling to shield from the court and Nigerians. Don't forget also, he lost Osun, his home state. Imagine that!.

Why are the judges faking ignorance?
If INEC refuses to tender the documents they used to conduct the election, that shows there were no result

Only the originator of maker of that public document can conclusively testify to it.for instance, only waec can testify conclusively to the authenticity of their cert and not an outsider even though it is general knowledge.sn outsider cannot speak for an organization in a private capacity.the prof last week did far better
I think you're comparing the incomparable. WAEC result is written in somebody's name. Please was the report written in anybody's name? Reports for public consumption can be use by anyone my brother. Your analogy is skewed.

So INEC would not be required to prove that there was a glitch?

You must be a clown.

If I say there was no rain yesterday and you say there was rain. So who has the greatest burden of proof?

The person that says. there was no rain or the person that says there was rain?

Lp brought a matter to court.they are alleging and must prove it conclusively

The report is not a classified report. The report can be accessed by anyone, it Is for public consumption. You heard that they asked her, if she used password to access the report and she told the court no because it is for public use. If AWS says no glitch on her website but INEC is claiming otherwise, they should produce their cloud tray for examination. Simple as A B C

All these are thirdhand evidences in any case
