@ Mercy, any stock I am buying I have a reason for it. For IB, we all know the economic challenges is affecting it seriously but they are in business. The increase in revenue proves they are in business but that's not why I bought. I bought because of that small free float that always send the price upwards whenever it dries in the hands of retail investors. Today,I can see the trade is voluminous which signifies anyone who has the stock now is a winner.I hope you bought some? 3 Likes |

yMcy56: Not at all, boss I use them and I have had decent experience with them The only issue i have with them is that I don't have direct market access Which means each time I sell a stock, it goes straight back to my withdrawal acct ..it isn't suitable for daytrading I don't know if they give direct market access. Would have asked of that but Nigerian market is too slow for me to bother with day trading |

Geovanni412:Send a mail to your broker requesting to be opted out of DCS (Direct Cash Settlement). That way, proceeds from your sales would be in your stockbroking account instead of your bank account 7 Likes 2 Shares |

Geovanni412: Okay, every new account is activated for DCS. It's left for you to deactivate or continue with it. I always opt out because of my nature of trading. Hope their customer care service is okay. I see their platform as almost do it yourself. 1 Like 1 Share |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by yMcy56: 11:45am On Jun 22, 2023 |
Geovanni412:If you say so. As for direct payment, you must have opted for Direct Cash Settlement with CSCS. It usually comes with account moved from one dead house to active one. You can request for a DCS Form from your broker and indicate "NO" in appropriate column, then scan and send back to them with CSCS in copy. Except it is the applicable mode to Investone. |
