3) obi only cast fractional and isolated doubts not enough to affect the overall outcome.those blurred results was from irev which is secondary copy.he should have used the hard copy from his agents or inec to compare and contrast.

The case of Shetima's double nomination is still alive. The supreme Court ruled that PDP doesn't have the Locus Standi to petition APC in pre- election matter at a Court that is not the Tribunal. It's only the Party Member who contested primary Election that has the Jurisdiction. The Electoral act 2022 allows the Tribunal to entertain pre-election matter in the case of disqualification filed by any party that contested the election. See section 134 of the electoral act.

For your number 1 point, it was an internal party affair, until Shettima ran in earnest, for the vice presidency position in the past election. That immediately gave locus standi to Peter Obi, because he ran with that baggage, in an election that concerned Obi.

Another point you made is that Obi should use the hard copy of his agents. Such a move will not give Obi any advantage as CTCs from INEC are more admissible than copies from one's party agents.

The EC8A CTCs from INEC that Obi submitted as evidence is already good enough for Obi to prove this case. All his lawyers now have to do is to collate the results of the presidential election using those submitted EC8A forms. Afterall, whatever INEC declares should tally with the figures in those EC8As. If not, then the election is rigged, and a new collation is required.

Tinubu will be having serious problems. Tinubu's only hope is to corrupt the judges and justices. But if he does that, will Nigerians, NLC, TUC and Obidients just sit back and allow that to happen? Your guess is as good as mine.

Not true sir.once a matter is internal,it cannot be taken to a tribunal.section 84 of the electoral act clearly deals with nomination and it makes it purely a party affair.again,the only qualification matter that can be taken to tribunal are those that are constitutional.double nomination is purely an electoral act offence
