Thank you for your interest and your question, The project consists of the following,
* Skimming of interior(screeding)
* Skimming of exterior with water proof material.
*Priming of interior and exterior with silicone primer
*Painting of exterior with weather shield matt paint
*The main building interio was all designed with Italian decorative plaster finishes.
*The interior of the security house and mosque was painted with silk paint.

Total cost:#9,366,150. Thank you

Just a quick question, If I have to do the items listed in blue, & then do painting with a regular washable paint for a 5 bedroom duplex , how significant would the price reduction be in comparism to the cost you indicated in completing this project.

Hello sir, The huge cost on the said project came from the decorative designs done as the client in question wanted all his interior space done with decorative designs in which the materials all where from Italy and Turkey. With what you are suggesting, there will surely be a significant reduction in prices. Also, I can suggest areas you can do some decorative designs to give your interior space a more premium look without been so heavy on your budget
