Will the VO calculate my POF with the Oanda rate of the day I submitted VISA fee and IHS?

Or will he/she calculate my POF with the Oanda rate of the day I printed my BANK STATEMENT?

Will he/she calculate my POF with the Oanda rate of the day I submitted on TLS WEBSITE?

Please, I need your answers.

The first option

I have been given a conditional offer at the university of hull. And I have been asked to submit my student transcript and waec result and scratch card

1. Can I upload my student copy of my transcript or do I have to ask my school to send it to them
2. I only have online printing of waec result can I submit that or do I have to apply for the waec certificate

Truth is nobody can be so certain about what rate exactly as at when does the VO use to calculate your POF, this is why you should have extra funds in your account aside the funds from the official rate you used when making your own calculations just incase the rate becomes higher, you'd still be good.

@dduchess have said it uncountable times in this forum that UKVI use the day you submitted your visa application and IHS to determine your pof.

Please what does this mean

They probably need more time to process your application. Its no big deal as alot of applicants get this email too.

If the application interval between MA and dependants is going to be about one month, which below option would you advised?

1. Should I top up the dependants funds in the same account the MA used for his POF and then count 28days after which the dependants can apply? (The MA funds is still intact)

Or

2. Should I use a separate account for the dependants POF and then submit it together with the MA POF account ?

Both options are fine. Anyone you do is okay but I would choose the 2nd option

The last four digits is the last four digit of my access bank account number that I dropped for my proof of fund. So I am confused.

You didn’t wait up till 28days after your last huge deposit, which appears on your statement of account. That was a silly mistake. You have to get a receipt of that transaction from the person that paid the money and explain what it was meant for.

Or he might have a transaction of such during the period. You just need to validate it.

2. You can use your online printout with the scratch card to get your unconditional offer but prepare to present the original O'Level result (the one your secondary school will present to you) for visa application.

You'll be able to continue your studies if you want. You'd need to provide your updated BRP to your school.

No, it's not.
You can print after submission as long as the 28-day period that you rely on ended within 30 days of your application or the 28-days immediately preceding date of your application.
