Hey everyone! 🚨 Need your help and suggestions regarding my immigration process. Here's the situation: I received my medical request email from IRCC on June 2nd, and I went for my medicals with IOM on June 20th. IRCC mentioned that the medical results must arrive within 30 days from the email date, and I'm required to meet a deadline of July 2nd.

Now, I'm worried about getting my medical result on time. Any tips or advice on how to pressure IOM to ensure they send my result before the deadline? Should I send follow-up emails or consider visiting their office to expedite the process? I'm open to any suggestions or experiences you've had in similar situations 🙏 .

Yeah had the same issue but I made it known to the doctor doing the final exercise to know it’s a medical request form IRCC which he acknowledged was uploaded within 3 working days

Hello, do you know anyone in nova scotia community college in Amherst campus. i have someone coming over and she needs accommodation?
Mooe:

Just apply to other schools. Nova Scotia takes forever to respond except you’re not in haste tho.
Applied there March last year and they just offered me admission on 24th January.

I have this same issue and it’s really bothering me. My deadline is 28th June and did my medicals 22nd June. Though I also told the doctor to please make sure it gets uploaded on time

How can I verify if the doctor has uploaded my medical result? I explained the urgency of the situation to the doctor that examined me, and he assured me that he would upload it. However, I don't want to solely rely on his assurance. Is there a way to confirm if my medical result has indeed been uploaded?

We are in the same shoe😁😁

My interpretation is 2 years POF for living expenses and the whole 2 years tuition balance with the assumption that you have paid your first year tuition...

Hope this helps

Send your e-medical sheet to ircc through webform. Finish.

Hi guys, i wanted to make an enquiry. I made my application on May 10th, did my biometrics and upfront medicals May 17th and 18th respectively. Biometrics shows completed same day and Medicals passed since June 2nd. However, I have not heard from ircc. Should I go ahead and send a webform to enquire about my application or just wait. The application is past 6 weeks now.

congratulations. please did you notice if your portal changed to updated before your ppr dropped
Chinnychappy90:
Hello everyone. I just created this account. I was here before as Chinnychappy but couldn't remember the password so I just followed the thread as a guest. I just had to create this to encourage the likes of christyjiji that your ppr would come shortly. I got mine on 21st June and till now I haven't been able to express the feeling. I had deferred last year fall start to this year coz of funds plus I just had my baby in march and admission came out in April 2022. I was only able to submit my visa application in mid may and got ppr 21st June
Thank you @Osemigho, @just mellow and all others who responded to my questions last year before I deferred.
To everyone, you can do it yourself. I got a supervisor, admission and now ppr myself though lots of work was involved. Juggling full time work, caring for kids/family.
Submitted 15the May
Biometrics done on the 19th and updated on the 22nd
Medicals passed on the 23re
Eligibility 17th June but I feel it was going on all along coz I got a request letter for my updated LOA on the 19th June.
Correspondence/ppr on 21st.
All the best people
Please don't forget to commit all your actions to God in prayers.

This week is the 10th week but they havent said anything about the result. They just said they will contact him when result is out. Please who do u think we should do about that.

I will really appreciate a response.

Please emails to at least 5 visa offices request for updates on the application, all things being equal, this should prompt them to act.

My daughter had similar issue but with IOM. First you have to call the clinic for the outcome of the sputum test. I guess it will be negative. The IRCC SOP states a final X -ray 30 days after the negative sputum culture. So during the call you agree a date for the final X ray. We did not have to book, was told to walk in. After the X-ray, IRCC updated medical to pass same day on the portal, before we got home!

Are you in canada and where are you and what’s your status? Stop advising people here if you don’t live in canada. I live here in Toronto with a full time job. This place is not for the poor. I insist, if you fail to plan before coming here you will suffer. The students here are going through a lot and also people with PR. Anyone coming here should come in with a lot of money. Jobs are not easy to get here as well. The bills are also much here. Recent data released in Vancouver this week shows residence in Vancouver spend half of their annual earnings on rent and utilities . Plan before Comin here please. It’s tough here and this is no joke. Those who are already established in nigeria , canada is not for them. The stupidly rich people are the only ones that enjoy living here.
