But this is the problem with hiring mercenaries, particularly if they offer you a service that you simply do not have yourself. Along the line they will grow to become a threat.

The truth is, fighting the Wagner group, the very highly trained mercenaries that having been helping Russia in the war front is Putin’s nightmare.

Unlike the fight with Ukraine, Russia is highly handicap here; because this fight will be taking place on Russia own territory, so Russia wouldn’t be using missiles, wouldn’t be using bombs, no nuclear weapon….this will be a tactical Street on street hand battle between both sides from house to house and in many cases using knives, guns, snipers, etc and these mercenaries are more well trained compare to Russia soldiers.

If Putin use the weapons, bombs, missiles he have been using on Ukraine in his own territory on his own people, he would have helped recruit more Russians against him.

This is very bad for Russia, Putin would prefer a diplomatic way & dialogue to resolve this.
