Ukraine is the merger of Russian land with polish land which was done for administrative purposes during the soviet era: the USSR took some land from Poland and administratively added it to some Russian land therefore creating Ukrainian SSR.
In 1991, the USSR broke up and the Ukrainian SSR became an independent country.
In 2014 the USA managed to accomplish a coup in Ukraine which put USA puppets and Nazi elements in charge of Ukraine.
The Russian people of Ukraine rejected the coup and didn't recognise the beneficiaries of the coup.
