Hello everyone,.
Please I need your advice, the beginning of this year, I met an agent who said if I can raise up to 10m, studying in Australia is possible, I was only able to raise it just recently and He helped apply to university of new England (waiting for feedback). 2 days ago, we had a discussion and he mentioned with the new rate, Australia is looking impossible with the amount I struggled to raise and he suggested I should start looking at Finland. Please I would appreciate any advice on what to do as I do not want to give up on the dream to move to Australia. Thank you very much.

What was submitted are scholarship document, employment reference and payslips, Aussie bank statement, family OSHC, COE, police character certificate (wasn't required but we had it, so it was uploaded), GTE, school enrollment for school aged child, passport data page. Nothing was notarized as all documents are easily verifiable

Congratulations please kindly share documents submitted

Good day people. I applied to Charles Darwin but my GTE didn't go through due to some discrepancies. I'm now applying to James Cook university for September intake. Is there anyone currently at the school or applying there? How long before you were given an offer letter. And what was the process like.

Hello have you gotten admission yet
I also applied still waiting for admission from James cook

Good evening everyone.

I'm happy that at least 90% of us here are testifying of visa grants, which is an indication that those of us still waiting will get a positive response.

I need a quick clarification.
My status on my immigration portal has been showing "further assessment" for about 3 weeks now. Is this normal?
Can I at this point send a mail to immigration?

PS: I have Masters in Public Health admission to Curtin University and my course starts in about 1 month's time.
PPS: I submitted my visa application on the 10th of May, did medical and biometrics on the 16th and 18th respectively.

I think you should be patient. According to the visa grants being approved here it shows that most visa request submitted by April are being approved of recent. I believe in a week or two you will receive a feedback. A positive one.

Moving to Australia with 10M as a student is vey impossible, not with this present rate.

Because, your first semester tuition deposit (even with AL2 school) which is considered a cheap school, your minimum initial deposit can’t be less than 11,000Aud, which is around 6M approx. you’ll also have to show a financial statement of minimum 60,000Aud which is 31,800,000 to embassy for visa application.

So, except you have a sponsor that can give a statement of equivalent or more to 60,000Aud, that your amount can not fly processings to Australia.

This post is not to discourage you brother, I’m just being realistic with you.

I have two friends who dropped out of Australia pursuit because of this present rate.

Good day all,

I submitted my visa application 20th April 2023.
21st June I received s56 Request to provide updated CoE as the one submitted had expired.
23rd June New CoE uploaded. But I am yet to hear from them, my portal still shows Further Assessment.
Please have anyone experienced this?
How long does it take after document have been provided?
I’m really worried.
