chibertha: Hi Chibertha, Regarding immunization records, I noticed that some vaccines are compulsory in the states but are optional in Nigeria like Rotavirus, influenza, MMR, varicella, and Hep. A. Would you advise one to get them in Nigeria or the States? |

Get all immunizations you can lay your hands on where you are right now and go with the records to the USA. When you get to the States take your documents to the county health office so it can be updated then take the County records to your PCP LadeeE: 2 Likes |

Emmymajesty: You can call the embassy to clarify... Or you can retrieve your DS160...then instead of "viewing confirmation page" you "create". Your details will be retrieved. If you need to edit something you can go ahead. But you will be given a different ds160 number. |
