my propfirm strategy
let's say I'm trading a 10k account

I play offense when I am in profit, I play defense once I'm in drawdown

Once I am at 10k, I risk 1%

once I have up to 2% profit, I take a trade with 2%

if it enters that means my account is now 6%, na to freestyle the rest and pass the challenge

if it doesn't I dial back to 1%, another loss dial down to 0.5%

once my account is 9,999 or below, I switch to 0.5% till I'm back to 10k

GJ buy missed because I didn't want to set limits and overburden my account on a Monday with too much pending orders grin
Forgetting that this is a numbers game and if the trade shows up, you take it. Next time.

While UJ came within a hair's breadth of my limit only to start flying...

Prop firms will keep growing as long as people keep trading this way.
Those are lots taken on a $10k funded accts.
You can try it at home too.

Note.. Those are not my trades o. My chicken heart never mature reach that level.

The last time I made that mistake, The plan was to open 1 lot on my Tft 100k competition account. I go mistakenly open 1 lot size on one pair on my 10k challenge account set SL for $500 TP $1450... Thank God the trade was positive with $40 before I double checked and saw the mistake... I close instantly.. I dey imagine if na straight to Sl. I won't only take loss but also loose the account.. Since then I dey tripple check whether na eightcap I dey or thinkmarket grin

Okay, so I came up with this, I am not trying to hijack @prince contest and definately when he comes, he can always still have it for us.
But what I am proposing now is this, Since the Tft contest intends to reward people that makes 20% a $25k challenge account.
All of us that are here and also participating there should register our tft names in fxblue contest with that same acct. So at the end of the month, We will see how many of us are able to make the top 100 prize or 20% prize and since this is the first attempt here, I will try and award something to those that still did very well even thou they did not make 20%.. Probably 10% up. Maybe. $5k challenge or something.

I am suggesting if you are cool with it, to open the competition and link for us and then if you @samfelly make 10%, you should get a guaranteed $10k challenge from me atleast. Even if you make top prize or 25% atleast prize for ur effort too.

Trying to use one acct to hit two prizes in my view.
Who no register no fit claim anything o.

The more funded we are here. The better.
Remember, the market is so huge that your share of the goodies from it will not affect my share.

May it be a blessed June for skilled, humbled and never quitting ones among us.

Yes. But the thing con be say na dem go dey paste the thing for sociall mediaaa if it goes their way and the thing go dey pressurize somebody to practice at home too.
Tft denied one of such payout about $80k because they said the style of trade was not tradeable in their live environment and are not able to copy such trade.
