Good evening guys..
I submitted my application since on the 20th of May and till now, nothing has shown except for my medical that was updated two weeks after te submission and this is my second application.

I had to use the status tracker to track my Apllication and I found that indeed the eligibility of my application has not started after 5 weeks of submission.

What should I do pls?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by hillyvee(m): 8:48pm On Jun 27, 2023
Yes, it is. all you need to do is resend your eMedical sheet via webform. I experienced the same issue. It will be updated eventually, and your BVL and PPR will follow.
use this link to send the webform: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/ClientContact/en/Application

Yea. You obviously didn't have an UCI number when you did the upfront medicals.Send your e-medical sheet to IRCC via webform and email. Send to at least 5 visa offices - Nairobi, Ottawa, London, Beijing, Lagos and Manila. That's what I did during my time.

Hello. Please, do you have to state the Canadian dollars equivalent of the proof of funds? Or it is to be left in naira alone?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by hillyvee(m): 9:54pm On Jun 27, 2023
You can state the equivalent in a bracket.

Hi Christyiji,

Processing time is 6 weeks presently, so you might need to wait for one week before doing the suggestions below

You need to send emails to at least 5 visa offices Nairobi, Lagos, Beijing, Ottawa, Accra, titled URGENT and explain the toll the delay is causing you. if your resumption is fall 2023, then tell them you need to make travel arrangements quick. Just plead with them to push the application.

Please I want to plead and beg for a quick processing of my study permit request. I know you have many applications to process, and I recognize the hard work you put in to treat these requests, however, I want to ask for your understanding to process my request to allow me to make quick adequate arrangements before my school resumption.
Thank you
.

@ Bobomagaida

Hi, you will get more information from the SOWP thread, but general requirements are POF that will cover for the whole family, your PPR letter and other docs that will show why your hubby wants to go with you via SOWP.

Good afternoon everyone, I am a recent graduate of biochemistry with cgpa of 2.63 out of 4.0. Please I want to ask what are my chances of getting into a postgraduate program (masters, diploma, or certificate).

Your best bet is Post graduate certificate. Search for the colleges that offer your choice of studies and check their admission requirements.

Hello everyone, my medical updates to pass since 5days ago . When will I get passport request ? Any suggestions please

If you did an upfront medical, then you have to wait for your eligibility to be completed before you can see the next stage. If you receive medical request, then you should get PPR within two weeks.

Check airline sites to get the cost of the trip, I doubt anyone here can help with the amount. Air fares are changing everyday.

Did you explain the lump sum from the micro finance bank to her other bank account or you just stick to the fund request letter alone ?

Some do before submission of application. That's upfront medical. With this they attach the medical sheet with the application before submission. I did this type. Some do after submission of application and later send the medical sheet via webform to ircc. This is another form of upfront. While some submit application and wait till when ircc sends a medical request. People not having luxury of time before their school resumption usually go for the first 2 options due to the difficulty and delay these days in booking appointment for medicals.

So you can choose anyone you want

Thank you so much smiley
