Applicant must score 50% and above on the assessment test.

This State of residence is really an issue here, for instance what if one apply from a State that is not among the 21 States listed there, since location is turned On, could it be the reason why it's not highlighting? I mean for example you're from Lagos State but you're residing in a State that's not in the list can it work? Who has successfully registered but living in a State that's not in the list?

It won't work, you have to live in a state that is part of the listed state.
