You can research more on this, but I think you need to be married for at least a year to be eligible to apply as a couple. omekannaya22: |

For career transitioning part of the SOP I followed a youtuber’s(Sommy Charles) template, I also used another YouTuber’s template(Ms_Yemisi for Sponsorship), Then for the supporting documents I followed a YouTuber’s(Eko Francis) video where she spoke about how she got approval for people within 4 days or so. Hello everyone! I have a question regarding visa applications. Is it acceptable to include a bank statement that is one month old, or is it necessary for it to be up to date? |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by Chinnychappy90: 2:47pm On Jun 29, 2023 |
Raise web form with URGENT as the first line. Let them know that eligibility is yet to start despite meeting all their requirements. Plead with them to attend to your application as the resumption is close and application has crossed processing time. Also send mails to all the team mail. Christyiji: |

Hello everyone, please I have friend that his closing balance worth 40 million. Can i use him as my sponsor despite we don't bear same surname but his willing to give me his bank account statement. The money might be huge but that is his real money in his account and it has been there for long Please any suggestions, or will it be better if I run my own account as self sponsor? |

kc6964: Proving third party sponsorship is very difficult, because you have to explain why the person is sponsoring you, show if they have ever assisted you before, their sources of income. If the funds are really available, he should pay first year tuition for you and send you the funds for living expenses. |

onyekachee: You are the co-sponsor, because the money you are sending to him will appear as a lump sum, which he will explain to the VO. |

Adabakee: IRCC requirement is at least 4 months, however, some people have submitted shorter periods, but they will have to explain why they are submitted such periods. |

Hello everyone, I am new on Nairaland and I was denied study visa yesterday. I have been following this thread randomly but I need answers and guidance from the gurus in the house. I went for a one year certificate program and was denied yesterday 28th June reason bothering not having enough funds to pay the remaining balance of tuition and don't believe I will return back to Nigeria after completion of studies, I'm still in shock and I've not ordered for gcms note yet. Also, I applied through an agent and think it wise to inform them on the latest update on my visa application. but I wish to reapply but I don't know if its for the next academic session starting May 2024 or still for this session starting September 5 2023 pardon my confusion. I was the sole sponsor for this denied application but I intend adding my brother that resides in the USA as my co-sponsor for the next application. Suggestions and advice from the gurus in the house would be much appreciated at this point. Please, kindly reach out to me in this thread I wait for your replies. Thank you. |

Oldfashioned145:There is no law that stops you from changing school when you get to Canada, as long as you still maintain study permit status. All you have to do is update IRCC and notify them of your school change. Then you are fine. 1 Like 1 Share |

GeneralChuck:as a self sponsor, you are expected to pay your full tuition for one year, you can still reapply if you get your note on time against fall,if the money for tuition is available then just pay the complete fees then let your brother in USA send money for the living expenses..then you are good to go 2 Likes |
