Timmypaul:https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/mandate/policies-operational-instructions-agreements/ministerial-instructions/express-entry-rounds.html check their website. There was a general draw on 27th of June, and a health care targeted draw on 28th of June. Its running side by side. |

Please I need clarification. I'm currently in the pool and my NOC is one of the health care areas with crs 468 and I have a feeling I might get ITA next week with the specialised draw. My fear is that I sent in my IELTS for remarking last week and it's not out yet but I know my TRF may change if my score increases. Will it be an issue if I get ITA before the results come out |

Hello House! I’m currently completing my application after receiving an ITA. I would greatly appreciate some advice on a certain concern of mine, especially from the gurus in the house. The thing is that I’m connected to several different companies(either as director or company secretary) besides my main job. In the “personal history” section of my application, do I list them under the title: “organizations” or under “employment “ ? I’m concerned about them clashing with my actual full-time job/employment since they are all running at the same time while I’m claiming points for a “full-time job “ Essentially, how do I declare my involvement as director/secretary in several other companies (while in a full-time employment) without creating issues in my application? I would appreciate some input into this please. |

Phabulous93: You just declare it in personal history - page 1 FAQ 41 Board positions would be under "organization" IMO as you are not "employed" by the organizations as an employee but rather serve on the board......AFAIK. Why is this a concern though? 3 Likes 1 Share |

GraciousWords: Thank you GraciousWords My concern is that I have a full time job. However, I have a side hustle and few years ago, I registered it with the CAC. In addition, my husband registered several companies and included me as a Director in these companies. Lastly, I’m a lawyer and the company I work for has subsidiary companies where I serve as the Secretary. None of these companies were listed in my EE profile, except my full time job which fetched me points for 3 years under work experience. How do I present these in my Personal Activity. Do I list these companies under Employment or Organization? I don’t want it to seem as if I have several employments running concurrently, and at the same time, I don’t want to misrepresent. Thank you |

Hello everyone, If someone receives an ITA under the new skill program- healthcare, do they need to have a certification in healthcare? I worked as an assistant abroad to the healthcare system providing medical advice and contact tracing for positive patient during the pandemic. Does it qualify? Or should I just decline the ITA? 😞Does anyone have the JD for NOC 33109? Also, can I use a gift deed to add to what I have as POF? does it have to be notarized? I need all the ideas please? |

Phabulous93: I'm not sure it's that big of a deal actually i.e. organization vs. employment. The important thing is to list the companies and your role in each. I may be wrong though. For you & your spouse’s companies as well as for the subsidiaries of your employer, if you are on the board, then maybe use organization. If you are an employee then maybe use employment and of course you are free to add a LOE to explain what you wrote above or any other intricacies of your peculiar situation. It makes sense to me that you may be employed by multiple firms, if they are affiliates. You can add further evidence of the relationship between the companies if it makes you feel more confident about your application. As we've been discussing on the last few pages, declare everything..... IRCC have graciously allowed for LOEs, so we should use them where necessary. You no get problem. 1 Like |

Thank you so much for this informative thread. I have two links from two bloggers for checking eligibility. 1. https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp 2. https://onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca/c2c/eapp Now...... 1. I want to understand the difference between the two links. 2. Which of them comes first? 3. What do I do with the code the second link generated? Thank you very much in advance. |

Hi everyone, 1. Regarding passport submission by courier, can I fill one consent form only for a family of 3 or 3 consent forms please? 2. I intend to submit the package at the same VAC where I had my biometrics, from the info I get, I’m not expected to pay a transmission fee right? Just photocopy of sticker? 3. Do I still need to pay courier fee if I intend to pick in person? Any info will be appreciated |

Also, I understand that when you get a nomination from a province, it increases your chance of passing the FSW Express Entry program. Now, should I apply for provincial nomination first, wait to get a nomination before applying for the FSW Express Entry? Or should I apply for the two (PNP) and FSW Express Entry at the same time? Thank you. |
