GNI per capita does not factor in GDP, Life expectancy, birth rates, or literacy rate.
HDI and GNI per capita does not include any of the aforementioned either. However, I can argue that literacy level can be PARTLY (NOT ENTIRELY) measured by education systems which can be traced back to HDI.
