My concern is that I have a full time job. However, I have a side hustle and few years ago, I registered it with the CAC. In addition, my husband registered several companies and included me as a Director in these companies. Lastly, I’m a lawyer and the company I work for has subsidiary companies where I serve as the Secretary. None of these companies were listed in my EE profile, except my full time job which fetched me points for 3 years under work experience.

How do I present these in my Personal Activity. Do I list these companies under Employment or Organization? I don’t want it to seem as if I have several employments running concurrently, and at the same time, I don’t want to misrepresent.

Hi fam! I will need your advice, I just got Provincial nomination certificate but I tried applying for EE with it. trying the eligibility requirements to set up the profile, it Indicated Not Eligible to apply for EE. I think it is due to the fact that my occupation code is not part of the specific occupations listed in the eligibility status though indicated in the NOC. Can the gurus in the house or any one that has scaled through the process come to my help please!! I don't know how to proceed from here!!

I chose residency and that's what it says on the certificate issued.
I don't know If they open on weekends, you can call 08034747802 Inspector Moshood to confirm.
If the payment is confirmed on the portal and an invoice is available, you can go and capture. No need to wait for a message, I got the message to go for capturing 48hrs after I had gotten the PCC.
Then check the portal for the certificate after 12 to 24hrs, I didn't get a mail but I was able to download it there

No, you can't use your student transcript . You. Can't even send the orignal copy yourself. It has to be from the school directly. They will email your school to confirm its origin

Good evening people, please I read on the first page that a spouse's foreign work experience is not needed for EE. I'd already added his work experience to my profile and I have been struggling to delete the work experience since I found out.

I tried deleting using the "delete row" but it keeps showing "In progress" for the Work history part for spouse.

Or can I just pick No for the question..."Does spouse have any work history"? Wouldn't this be seen as misrepresentation?

....about "update NOC and everything scatter" abeg read page 1 FAQ 26 and 27 very carefully... AFAIK you can edit.

The guy in the judicial review of FAQ 27 was rejected not because he updated his NOC but because while he was editing up and down he forgot to include the actual details (dates, title, employer etc) of his newly chosen primary NOC on his profile. The moral of the story is to be careful as you update and ensure your profile is accurate at all times.

Space nor dey for two primary NOC..... Page 1 FAQ 14 you can have several NOCs on your profile but only ONE must be primary....AFAIK

So concerning this issue by @green..... ( dint get the name) u can try to proceed with ur application spouse unaccompanied nd add ur spouse as soon as u get ur ppr... dat is d way to go.
Dat is what I have done what some others that I av assisted has done and it has worked.
So choose ur options wisely.

Please i have a question. we about to begin our express entry process i just read that my spouse and i must obtain a police character from all the countries lived in, my soon to be husband has stayed in russia for over 10 years he was deported at some point because he worked somewhere where he shouldn't have, unkown to him. he was then deported, but after a month he was allowed to return to complete his masters, my question is will this reflect in his police character from from russia, if yes , will Canada allow this, will it be categorized uder criminal offense? Thanks in anticipation of an answer.

Please i was denied Uk visa in 2013 and 2014 which i included in my travel history. Do i need to scan and upload the stamped pages of those denials alongside my current passport?
