. to be frank about your question....i dontknow the tax requirment home office will use to judge PR application after 5 years...

But the little i know is that u are expected to have a job under ur skilled work visa that doesnt pay you less than £20, 489 or 10.75£ per hour or the ‘going rate’....how they will now assess tax payment is what i dont know.... but ur main employer that sponsored u is meant to pay your tax too..so thats why people give those wicked sponsor tax even when they dont give them any shift

Also u cant be out if the uk for more than 180 days in a 12 months period

so i guess there will still be some consideration for periods of no job or periods of vacation... since 180 days (6months) is allowed as period of absence.....so maybe u will be expected to have tax for at least 6 months or more in a year....just speculating ni oooo...as i am not authority on this matter

Very dicey though. Now, Imagine agent bring u come, send u give care home, care home collect ur ni dey pay u directly into ur aza, u dey see the care home name for ur payment description. After 5 years when you file for ilr, I bliv the tax would be deducted already via the payment from care home. So. Why going through the agency again and giving them another money

I think he dey mechanical or electrical section. And a care worker can also take up employment in all those fields as 2nd job aswell but majority don't know. I get people wey come in as care worker and doing IT as 2nd job.

Mayb home office will just assume tax na tax...who cares the company that remitted.. or home office will question that this ur tax is not from your sponsor....

Nobody anticipated this kind principality behavior when tgey started giving licences to dorm care agency ......so i guess when they get to that bridge they will decide...

But see ehn....make i burst ur bubble... i beleive all these yeye employer with no shift have no intention to run their sponsor licence for ever by just bringing in people....the idea is to rake in enough raba and japa too

...because when too may pple start coming in with no jobs...its only a matter of time b4 goverment will notice this racketeering even if no one is complaining or reporting them for fear of not cancelling their visa...

Its likely someone is somewhere measuring impact assessment....for example how can number of skilled worker that entered uk be for example 300k and its not impacting tax position ....baba..there's already a revenue projection government is expecting from tax, visa application, etc

Even tier 4 folks that dont pay taxes...their impact and presence on the economy and local business is measured let alone tier 2..... i might be wrong though and just overthinking the matter

Yeah bro. But majority of people don't know they can work in other field in the shortlisted category for 20hrs. They all thought its only within care work. Or basically they are after care and health line because there is no restriction on the hours on the health 2nd job like it had on other category

Personally: u bcome broke since shift becomes money......to survive, u will have to find another sponsored job to cover ur standard 40-45hrs per week..or manage ur extra 20hrs per week.. all has to be care/health jobs anyway

Officially: u have no tax to pay....since u are not working......and ur tax is what uk goverment needs...some of these no shift sponsor will still tell u to remit tax to them from where ever u can so they can post ur tax

i dont know how a prolonged no-tax situtaion will affect ur application for permanent residency....so think well before ur accept no-shift COS....

some accept it get lucky by quickly getting another sponsor with shift....

Some dont get lucky..making life unbearable especially when they are single with no supporting striker.... .it can get worse if such employer bcomes cancelled by home office because of their greed ....

The basic documents for health care visa are COS, TB certificate, police report, proof of maintenance if not ticked by employer and IELTS or Ecctis evaluation.

CARE WORKER GUILDELINE
First Requirement
1. International Passport
2. Updated CV
3. Email address
4. Phone number

So while applying for the form no need to supply NI number, the UK VI will supply the NI number.
Company Name:
Referee Name:
Payment paid from Nigeria: £6,500 And when you get to UK you will have to pay £1,000 every month for just 7Months (to be taken from their wages).
They are entitles to work 50 hrs per week.
£10.10pence paid per hour for the job.

After the payment the applicant are required to send this document

1. IELTS exam
2. Proficiency letter
3. Police report
4. Tuberculosis
5. Updated CV (showing he has worked as a CARER in Nigeria)
6. International Passport
7. Passport Photograph
For those who have degree certificate and transcript with proficiency letter didn’t need UK VI IELTS (General Training) but the certificate will be converted by NARIC and the cost of it is £300.
The £6,500 covers the following

 COS means (Certificate of sponsorship)
 The COS also covers the rest of the family members.

The £6,500 does not covers the following

 Visa fee
 Visa process for the family
 No need health surcharge (IHS)
 No need for proof of fund
The whole process takes 3 months.

Visa fee Price £ 500 each member of the family.

Any payment in Nigeria is a no to me, Nigeria banks doesn't cover you against fraudster but if the payment is to UK you're little save. That's my own opinion tho.

And that's why I'm not applying directly from outside UK. I have had few offers in the past who are ready to employ but you must be in the UK and yes! They have COS to issue so you can convert.

Also, have you considered an apprenticeship program in the UK before?

I started applying early last year, after 4 months i stopped applying, fast forward to last month, April 3rd, one of the employer i sent my CV to mailed me to ask if i am still interested, i said yes and that was how we started.

Did two hard interviews but i scaled through, everything i needed to pay for( visa fee, air ticket, accomodation, airport pick up, and lots more) was free... My COS is also free. Infact i submitted no care certificate.

I just received my visa and i know God will do urs as well..

NHS people… If you decide to register on the bank and pick bank shifts with your trust i.e the trust that sponsor you, does it count as overtime or additional job (second job)
