Even INEC hasn't been prosecuted for declaring wrong person the winner of an election let alone using a stupid mistake made by JAMB to prosecute the candidate.

If this issue goes to court, INNOSON will stand as a witness against JAMB and the girl will be acquitted and large sum awarded to her hence JAMB cannot try her in court. Secondly, the score she made according to JAMB is good enough for her chosen course and as such, she is not in jeopardy.

They printed out the result themselves from JAMB site and it taliied what the one the girl and her family caimed which is 362. Should there be an issue or mix-up somewhere, then jamb should take the blame as their website has been compromised by insiders.
