In GDP Anambra appear to be the second biggest economy in Nigeria on non oil economy, states ahead of Anambra state are some of major oil producing states and Lagos, no wonder they are attacking the state day and night to smear the state forgetting that the state was built by indigenous effects unlike Lagos

See where Kano state is in GDP
But when it comes to sharing allocation Kano would be given lion share!
This kinda injustice will make sure Nigeria can never be a success story...because injustice, inequity and mediocrity never leads to success!

Every state should be given allocation based on what it contributed or the allocation should be shared equally among all states.

They're using more local government allocated to themselves to get more allocation

Nigeria is programmed to fail and when you point it out, some very useless people especially people from SW will come and be capping shit. And as for the people of SS who are supposed to be the Dubai of Nigeria based on resources, those ones don't even know where rain started beating them! Kudos to Akwa Ibom anyway at least they have a bit to show for all the resources taken from their land...as for Delta & Bayelsa & Rivers...na look I dey!
Just compare Abuja Kano Kaduna ...with SS states?
Exactly how federal government sank all the resources in lagos and placed it ahead of other states then later some fool be coming to say its Tinubu Lagos or its our Lagos leave it for us when the place was built with our collective wealth.

I don't believe in GDP. If we don't even know our actual population, why should anyone take such figures seriously? Nigerians need a national security number. Anyone who doesn't have it will be considered a terrorist or fugitive and be prosecuted.

The difference with Anambra state economy is it's informal sector, 90% of the state economy is in the hands of indigenous unlike oil producing states that only the states are rich because of oil proceeds while the citizens receive little.

I don't believe GDP works in Nigeria. If country is serious about knowing its GDP, it must know its population. That's basic. We don't know our population in Nigeria. We just assume.
You don't need population to know GDP. You only need population to know GDP per capita

Every state should be given allocation based on what it contributed or the allocation should be shared equally among all states.

That's what happens when over 90% of the people are in multidimensional poverty. The productivity of 100 people in Kano equals that of 1 person in some Southern states. These people are a huge liability to the rest of us. Little wonder why Gideon Orkar from Benue in middle belt wanted to cut them off from Nigeria.

BUNCH OF LEECHES!!!

Not assumptions, you may say estimates. Estimates are not exact figures but they're close to actual figures and are reliable to work with.
