Wrong, former governor El Rufia too had at least one or two Igbos or Yorubas in his cabinet ma. It is only in the south east that practices like this is non-existent. I don’t think there’s any south east leader that has up to two ppl from different tribes making up his cabinet (I may be wrong tho)
