Good day everyone.
Please we are appealing to the board of National Population Commission (NPC) to please pay those of us they still owe our allowances.
Some of us borrowed money to be able to travel and attend the trainings at the various state capitals with the intent of paying back as soon as we get paid. How can a commission as big as NPC be owing people for trainings held within January and April and yet unable to pay everyone? We endured the training under poor conditions and facilities, are we going to now endure hunger with no hope of being paid? NPC, please and please, stop giving us false hope by asking us to resend our details numerous times. Stop ignoring our pleas. Let us know if we are going to be paid and when? We really need to hear from you. The country is really hard and we have mouths to feed.

I am begging the good people of this great forum to please move this post to where it can get the attention of the public and reach the appropriate authorities. Thank you very much.

It's not a bank related issue. From the list of those who haven't been paid, it is not bank related. I registered with Union bank though.
