You may not believe it but it is very possible to control your urges...and it takes serious practice...I promise you it will be difficult at first but with practice you'll master it.

It weakens your life force, and drains you of all vital energy.

That is why after wanking, you feel very hungry, like you want to replace what have left you.

You feel weak too, and would lie down and even doze off.

Omo I haven't experienced this two you mentioned here . Sorry to say this ,I am a chronic masturbator with 14 years experience. Started masturbating since 2009 at 13 and nothing like weak erection or quick ejaculation. Unless maybe you want to say it will come later in life but Godforbid. But I wonder why for such years of masturbating all these effects are not happening to me . The only thing that happens to me after masto is that it reduces my sex drive .
