If not for tribalism would something like that have happened? Yorubas are the most tribalistic set of people in Nigeria. At least you can say the Igbos voted massively for Peter Obi because he was the only christian candidate among the top four contenders.

This is Fallacy, the igbos voted for Peter Obi because he is Igbo and not becausehe is a Christian. No tribe values religion over their tribes in the south.

No region has ever voted such a skewed votes in the history of Nigeria like the Igbos did in the past election. The SE made a geat mistake that no reasonable person can defend.
