Asimiyu Bolanle cannot sue Mmesoma. Findings on the matter show that the Fake JAMB Result creation app in Google Play appends the QR code of Asimiyu Bolanle to all the results faked with it. The likelihood is that Asimiyu Boalanle is "Patient Zero" on the forgery matter with the app and she or he is therefore a person of interest for law enforcement agencies investigating any forgery related to the app.
